It reveals that Italians are some of the longest-lived people in the world, although obesity is an issue for both adults and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italy is one of the largest agricultural producers in the European Union, but soil degradation is now a major concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italy generates approximately 2.2 million tons of food waste every year, although it has put in place strong national policies to counter the phenomenon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These aspects and others are explored, with the intention of raising awareness and building a conversation on the sustainability of the food system.
